Plans, credits, and payments.

What does a paid subscription include?

Monthly credits, every premium feature, and your plan’s concurrency. Developer, Scale, and Business include uploading your own photos, creating personal avatars, premium ElevenLabs voices, and every available model. Credits pay for avatar generation and selected providers from one wallet.

How are providers charged?

Avatar video uses 4 credits/second on Low or 10 on High. Voice, LLM, and camera vision are itemized at provider cost and converted using the dollar value of the credit grant being spent. When you bring your own audio through the API, your providers bill you directly.

When does charging start?

Connected conversation time is metered per second, including listening and silence. Startup and connections that fail before readiness are free. There is no minimum call charge.

Do credits expire?

Monthly subscription credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. Top-up credits never expire. Your 15K free credits are a one-time grant. Visitors’ calls to your avatars use your wallet.

What happens when I run out?

Sessions stop at their reserved budget. Add a top-up or upgrade to keep going. We never purchase credits automatically. Provider receipts can arrive after a call; any outstanding usage is settled from your next credit purchase before another call starts.

Can I pay with UPI in India?

Yes. Select India as your billing country and INR at checkout to pay with UPI. Monthly plans use UPI AutoPay; top-ups are one-time payments. Checkout shows the INR total, including applicable taxes and currency-conversion fees, before you approve.

AutoPay renewals can take 48–51 hours after the scheduled date. Credits and paid access activate only after payment is confirmed; an approved mandate alone does not add credits. Your bank app may show a mandate ceiling higher than your plan price. This is an authorization limit, not the amount charged each month.

Can I cancel?

Cancel through your billing page. Your subscription continues until the end of the paid period. Purchased top-up credits remain usable with Developer concurrency and paid features.
